Mr. Tucker was the CEO of Tucker Industries and Cheyenne Industries based in Alberta and British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Tucker is Founder of the EchoRFID solutions and co-founder of Guardian ProStar, Inc. headquartered in Grand Junction, Colorado USA. Mr. Tucker's vision focuses on technologies that enhance improving asset management of buried assets and preventing damage to utilities and improving safety of workers during construction activity.
Mr. Slusarenko is a Project Manager and Management Consultant that has provided consulting services to many Fortune 500 Companies including: Royal Dutch Shell; BP AMOCO; ConocoPhillips; Alcatel Lucent; Siemens Westinghouse; and Time Warner where he provided application architecture, business process engineering, and software implementation services. As Consulting Services Officer, Steve is primarily responsible for providing implementation resources and customer support services for clients. Steve will provide consulting services on all aspects of the end to end lifecycle processes. These services include business process design, software configuration, and quality assurance on product delivered to clients and the provision of post go-live support. Having worked in both Oil and Gas, Utilities, and Commercial Construction business for almost 20 years and software implementation for these businesses another 20 years, Steve provides a unique knowledge base that includes business process design; prototype development; integration management; testing; legacy data conversions; and training delivery. With four decades of experience in Construction, Steve understands the dynamics of combining utility construction practices with modern technology in order to create business value and a safer work environment. Steve attended Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, BC and California Coast University, Santa Ana, CA and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute in Drexel Hills, PA.
Ronald J. Baker, P.Eng.
Mr. Baker serves as President of his own consulting firm. He has 42 years experience in the oil and gas industry. His areas of expertise include project design, condition assessment, and non-destructive testing such as Cathodic protection design and monitoring; Internal coatings and protection; Ultrasonic inspection; Materials specification; Pipeline design; Compressor design; Failure analysis; Mechanical and structural design; Project management; Oil systems design; Pressure vessel design; Mechanical analysis (WCB inspections); Right-of-way selection; Slope stability inspection/consulting; and Steel piling foundation design and inspection. He currently serves as a technical advisor to the Oil & Gas Commission of British Columbia, Canada.
Gord Hockridge, C.Tech.
Mr. Hockridge served in the Military Engineers for eleven years and has 33 years (hands on) experience in the oil and gas construction industry. Mr. Hockridge experience includes construction management on numerous pipeline and facility construction projects in both upstream and mid stream sectors. Mr. Hockridge is the President of his own consulting company formed in 1986. Mr. Hockridge served as the Chief Inspecting Engineer for the government of British Columbia, Canada and has recognized for many years the ongoing concerns faced by industry where PIM is concerned. During the last 2 years he has been working with the ECHO SHIELD team on a viable and complete PIM solution for industry.
Mr. Beckner is a Business Integration specialist with extensive experience in software development using a wide variety of technologies and languages. His projects have included engagements with numerous clients throughout the U.S., and range in nature from mobile application development to complete integration solutions. Mr. Beckner has worked with numerous clients ranging from small startups to Fortune 500 firms to build scalable, highly available EAI and B2B systems. He is responsible for EchoRfid partnering company, ProStar's Electronic Management and Distribution System which is designed to manage location based assets, including RFID tags via a proprietary Application Service Provider (ASP) model called ProStar Onlineô. He is the author of Pro EDI in BizTalk Server 2006 R2: Electronic Document Interchange Solutions (Apress, 2007), and co-author of BizTalk 2006 Recipes (Apress, 2006) and Pro RFID in BizTalk Server 2009 (Apress, 2009).
Mr. Petty is a pipeline and specialized HDPE pipe contractor. He currently is president of Petty Construction, specializing in directional boring projects for utility and energy companies. Mr. Petty is a second generation pipeliner, and is the Past Chairman of local API Chapter, Board member of Colorado Oil and Gas Association (COGA), and a Member of Damage Control Council Western Colorado.
